Prayer Chaplain Ministry
Our Purpose
Prayer Chaplains are members of our spiritual center who are trained to support you. We hold sacred space, listen with love, pray from our hearts, affirm that God is greater than any situation and hold what we hear in confidence. We are here to pray with you after Sunday service, during our prayer and meditation services, and when we make our monthly telephone calls to members.
Prayer Requests
For additional prayer support, please call the Prayer Chaplain line at 952-895-0745, Extension 4, and leave a message. We will pray for your request and add it to the prayer box. After a month in prayer at Unity of the Valley, we send prayer requests to Silent Unity, where they are held in prayer for another 30 days.
Tuesday Meditation
11:00 a.m. in the Meditation Room
Experience this gentle and empowering meditation held concurrently with the Silent Unity Meditation at Unity Village.
Wednesday Healing Prayer Service
6:30 p.m. in the Meditation Room
Participate in our prayer, meditation and healing energy service. Each service ends with the opportunity for individual hands-on healing prayer.
A Prayer for You
You are a beloved child of God, enfolded in God's loving presence and blessed with a life of purpose and meaning. As you pray in faith, God reveals right answers to you and leads you to your highest good. Amen.
Prayer Chaplain Training
Prayer Chaplains make a one-year commitment. Annual training is held in the fall with a Dedication Service the first Sunday in October. If you are interested in becoming a Prayer Chaplain or have questions about this ministry, please contact Barb at 952-895-0745 Extension 5.
