Yes, we're a Spiritual Family! We not only share our inspiring spiritual philosophy, we celebrate, learn, serve, and grow together. And now we have the opportunity to get to know other family members even better-to share, support each other, socialize, and have fun-with Fun And Ministry "FAMilies"! 
 
What's it all about? Fun And Ministry is a program to help build a stronger and more vibrant community through creating FAMilies of 8-10 members within our own Unity community. These families will meet weekly, monthly, or as often as each group decides. Those who choose to participate will be assigned to FAMilies, and each FAMily will be self-directed, although leaders have offered to get them rolling.
 
The purpose of our FAMilies is multidimensional: to socialize and get to know each other better; to support each other with caring, sharing, and prayer during difficult times; to celebrate life events; and/or to create and conduct service projects....

 

It's up to your FAMily what you want to do! You may decide to study a book, play games, see a movie or a play, go to a concert, have dinners together, go on picnics with the kids, or celebrate birthdays. Your options are unlimited! And each member will have FAMily support and prayer in times of need as well as gratefulness. How uplifting is that?!
 
So join your Unity of the Valley family members at the Kick-Off Dinner! We'll form our FAMilies, enjoy a delicious meal, and have FUN! See you there!
